Inspired by Agnes Martin's 1973 screen print cycle 'On a Clear Day', Carissa approached Jessica about creating a heavy weight linen flat weave towel interwoven with a delicate rectangular grid.
Both raw and refined, linen is highly absorbent, fast drying and anti-bacterial, making it an ideal fiber for kitchen use.
The final result is a handmade textile that is meant to be an everyday luxury - providing beauty and enduring function.
