This rare copper pendant was designed by Poul Henningsen in 1958 for the Langelinie Pavillion in Copenhagen. Its name ‘Tallerken’ is the Danish word for plate, and it is also referred to as the copper 'plate' fixture.
The fixture has a copper exterior and a white enamel interior with a bronze cloth cord. It has been rewired.
